Trust begins with explicit limits.

VietCan Star does not use “verified” as a marketing badge. Every status must state its verification type, source, assurance level, timestamp and revocation path.

Assurance L1-L4

  • L1: A subject assertion with attached evidence that has not been independently confirmed.
  • L2: Evidence checked against an independent source.
  • L3: Confirmation by an authoritative issuer or multiple independent sources.
  • L4: High-risk review approved by an accountable person or qualified specialist.

Supervised AI

AI may propose options, analyze assumptions, flag missing evidence and prepare checklists. AI does not approve legal, safety, financial, supplier, quality or launch decisions.

Data and consent

VietCan Star maintains its own identity system. Linking a Phương Đông United credential is optional, scoped and revocable; it does not create a shared database. Personal profiles are not sold. Intake forms activate only after privacy, retention, deletion and incident ownership controls exist.

United States: VIET CAN NEW CORP, Georgia Control No. 21193460, is the proposed parent entity. This repository does not yet prove current status with a dated Certificate of Existence or entity-detail export; remediation and counsel review remain pending.

Vietnam: CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN GIẢI TRÍ NGÔI SAO VIỆT CAN, tax ID 0315462505, is recorded as the proposed representative/operator. Primary government records and IP, agency, service and data-processing agreements remain required gates.

Investment: This website does not offer securities, accept share-purchase instructions or publish expected returns. Any equity transaction may proceed only under applicable law, through an issuer approved by securities counsel and with approved offering documents.

Corrections

When a disclosure is wrong or expired, its status must be downgraded or revoked, the content corrected, and the reason and time recorded. Contact hello@vietcanstar.org.
